Robert Campbell is the President and CEO of Alliance Solutions Group (ASG). He formed ASG in 2005 to meet the growing demand for homeland defense training services among the military and civilian first responders. His 20 years of professional experience began when he served as an officer in the US Air Force, responsible for installation-wide health, safety, environment, and emergency preparedness. In his most recent 15 years of experience leading ASG, Mr. Campbell has built a robust client base among local, state, federal, and foreign governments, and the DoD and multinational corporations, while forging partnerships with 75 small, medium, and large businesses to deliver services to over 1,200 communities and clients. His teams of experts have designed, developed, and conducted several thousand scenario-based training courses and exercise events in 17 countries.
Under Mr. Campbell’s leadership, ASG became one of only two Virginia-based companies to become certified in ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental) and OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety) management systems. In 2016, ASG graduated from the Virginia Leaders in Export and Trade program. ASG has been recognized as one of the nation’s 50 Best Workplaces by Quantum, Inc and has ranked twice on the INC 5000 list of fastest growing companies. Rebecca Brown is the Director of Operations at Alliance Solutions Group. As a Bioenvironmental Engineer, she oversaw industrial hygiene, environmental health, and radiation safety programs at installation. She was a three-time Commander in medical facilities and developed occupational health and environmental policy. She performed research and analysis in public health, preventive medicine, environmental management, and emergency medical response.
Ryan Wickes performs administrative support at Alliance Solutions Group. Ryan served over 20 years in the United States Air Force as a Tactical Aircraft Maintenance Specialist on F-15 Eagles, F-16 Fighting Falcons, and F-22 Raptors. After retirement, Ryan attended Old Dominion University where he received a B.S. in Business Administration and Data Analytics.
Krystyn Clark is a Program Manager for Alliance Solutions Group, Inc. Krystyn plans assigned projects and activities while interacting with multiple geographically dispersed technical teams and customers simultaneously to ensure successful completion through cost management while meeting rigorous schedules. She is a certified industrial hygienist (CIH) and Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with Masters of Industrial Hygiene and Health Physics. She has 25 years of documented success in the fields of environmental, health, safety (EHS), and emergency management. Prior to working for ASG, she worked for three years at NASA managing the Kennedy Space Center (KSC) Environmental and Medical Contract, Industrial Hygiene Services contract for KSC, and USAF Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. She led a team of 29 EHS professionals supporting diverse and innovative Industrial Hygiene programs across both installations to include contractor EHS support. Prior to NASA, she worked at the corporate level as an EHS Specialist with Siemens Wind Power overseeing safety for large wind turbine construction projects. She authored site-specific health and safety and emergency response plans in addition to daily support to site EHS Specialists. Ms. Clark served 13 years in the U.S. Air Force as a bioenvironmental engineer and health physicist executing industrial hygiene, environmental compliance, and emergency response programs. Prior to the Air Force, Ms. Clark performed EHS duties in various industries such as hazardous waste disposal, laborers’ union, and federal/city government.
